The Point Apartment

“The Point” apartment commands an enviable position perched above the furthermost point at Shingley beach, with absolute deep water frontage and within meters of the clear aqua waters of the Coral Sea.

Centrally located, overlooking the Coral Sea marina precinct and adjacent Shingley Village, it’s a short stroll along the boardwalk to some of the best restaurants, activities, and facilities Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays have to offer.

The Point is a large contemporary quality 143 square meter two bedroom two bathroom apartment with study (or third bedroom with double divan). All bedrooms and living areas flow seamlessly onto a large 33sq meter terrace occupying the full length of the apartment, and overhanging the waters edge.

The feel is relaxed, tranquil, private, spacious, and quality, complimented by new wooden carpets, Verosol blinds and sheer curtains to create a feel of luxury. The marina views are spectacular. You can often see sea life including turtles swimming just below the terrace.

The apartment is fully self contained including new quality furnishings, 65” smart television to the living area and smart television to the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite. The full size kitchen includes a two door fridge, Smeg appliances and coffee machine. Kitchen ware and dining ware including a French porcelain dinner service are all new. NBN broadband provides a fast internet connection for Zoom meetings, downloads and video streaming.

One Car Space provided per booking. Any extra cars are not guaranteed a parking spot. You must contact us prior to arrival about extra cars. If we can accommodate them we will.

Conditions are:

– You or a member of your household contracts COVID 19 in the 4 weeks leading up to the check in date

– The suburb where you live goes into lock down, preventing you from travelling to the Whitsundays (you might be required to provide proof of residential address)

– A state border closes preventing you from travelling to the Whitsundays

NOTE: 15% handling fee of any funds paid is applicable (change of dates will occur a 10% handling fee)

  1. The apartment was lovely with a spectacular view of the marina and Coral Sea. The apartment was spacious& clean as well as having access to the pool and BBQ area. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this accommodation & would love to stay again. Angela
