With tons of space to relax and stunning Marina views, this is the perfect homebase for discovering the Whitsundays Region.
The Space
This modern apartment boasts a master bedroom with a King bed and private ensuite. The second bedroom features a Queen bed (a twin bed option is also available - upon request), also with a private ensuite. Each room has it's own private balcony overlooking the Marina.
All the modern conveniences including air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full-sized kitchen with a stunning open plan living area have been considered. The decor and furnishings in this apartment add a laid-back elegance to your getaway, with the spacious BBQ & seating areas perfect for entertaining.
There is private underground parking with an allocated car park space (2 cars).
There is full access to the exclusive resort facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts.

Concierge services and Baby items available for hire (fees apply).
Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules. Restricted access only available with key.
We have a strict no party, no school Leavers, Hens, Bucks or similar policy. Anyone found to be breaking our Terms and Conditions will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.
No smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas around the complex.

The apartment matched the description and photos and was actually bigger than we expected. Amazing view from balconies and comfy furniture to sit on and enjoy it. Lots to do in the area and very child friendly. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend.

Excellent location, nice little shops and bars, restaurants , within the complex.
5 minutes walk to the centre of Airlie Beach with lots of nice places.
The Appartment its self is stunning, with excellent views of the marina all around.
Facilities were great, everything thought of, lovely linens, toiletries and very comfortable.
Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook, plenty of plates and glasses.
This was an excellent stay, I would highly recommend, and will certainly plan a return visit.
The property took us by surprise, as the advertised photos didn’t do it justice. The property is larger than expected with better amenities. Would highly recommend a stay.

Lovely apartment, very spacious with beautiful high ceilings and views over the port. Easy walk into the town.
Wirklich tolles Appartement mit wunderbarem Blick, sehr großzügig und entspannend. Wir haben uns mit unseren erwachsenen Söhnen hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zeit war leider zu kurz. Wir kommen gerne nochmals wieder!

My wife and I as well as our 12 yr old son stayed here for 4 nights…it was awesome.
Beautiful view, very large space, oversized patios, super close to the centre of town with all of the shops/tours and restaurants. Honestly it’s a perfect location to stay and relax.
It’s a 10/10 and then some. Spend the money and book this place.

So amazing in so many ways. If you are able to book this I would do so in a heartbeat. Amazing views, extremely spacious, great pool, and restaurants downstairs as well as in easy walking distance. Whitsunday vacation was also very flexible with checkout times on a rainy and questionable travel day. Cannot say enough good things.
This apartment is spectacular and exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved it and couldn’t find a fault. Should we return I’ll definitely be booking this.

Stunning! We loved how clean and luxurious this apartment was and the views of the harbor were the cherry on top. Every morning, it felt like we were waking up to complete zen! Added to that is the rate is extremely affordable for larger groups. We 100% recommend it and will be returning.

Have stayed in other places at Airlie but this was the best one
The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was indeed twice the size of a normal rental unit.
As we were just two, we only used two rooms and paid accordingly, but it would be appropriate for a larger family group. We enjoyed the open layout.
Small comments are the lack of storage options for your luggage after checkout time and the spa bath didn’t function. Only small negatives in an overall great apartment we can highly recommend.
Our Penthouse at the Boathouse exceeded all of our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice! It was sparkling clean on arrival and beautifully decorated. Our hosts were wonderful, they were so accommodating and really looked after us well. They even helped us out with a super early check in because our flight arrived so early. Everything was a really close walk including bars, restaurants and activities in Airlie. We will definitely be back to stay here for our next trip to Airlie Beach - 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Beautiful apartment in Airlie Beach at the boathouse. Ali, Hannah and the team were super helpful and friendly. Very responsive to any questions or requests we had.The apartment is HUGE and in the perfect t location. Close to the port of airlie for any cruises, close to the beach and shops also.Highly recommend
Fabulous location close to town, no hills to climb and far enough away to be quiet at night. Perfect apartment with heaps of space and comfort home from home!!
