Mark and his wife Belinda purchased Ray White Whitsunday in July 2006 and have never looked back. They have grown the business tremendously over the past 15 years, in both sales and property management.

Mark's commitment to the Whitsunday real estate industry grows every year with the Ray White Whitsunday office now employing over 40 staff and specialise in a number of aspects of real estate including residential sales and leasing, commercial sales and leasing, special projects, marine and holiday letting.

Mark has over 20 years experience in the local Whitsunday real estate. This has given him experience in all things real estate from residential to commercial, auctions, prestige properties, new developments, large parcels of land and everything in between.

Ali is our  Team Leader at Whitsunday Vacations and has been on the team since February 2021.  

Originally from Western Australia, Ali relocated to Noosa in the Sunshine State (Qld) in 2004 where she worked as a nurse.

In 2013, what was an intended 'holiday' to Airlie Beach turned out to be her new forever, Ali was introduced to the travel and tourism industry as soon as she arrived and was offered various positions - which were all very different to her background in nursing but complemented her love for the ocean and customer service.

 Starting out as a hostess on overnight sailing trips, lead to management of Travel agencies, Events and Wedding Coordination and Resort Management positions, all which gave her the skills and PR that guarantee she provides our guests with a personal and memorable experience in the Whitsundays. 

 When she isn't at work Ali loves entertaining, dinner parties, going to the beach, cooking, camping, travelling and a wine or two on the weekends.

Growing up in Cornwall, tourism, hospitality and the ocean was embedded into Hannah's way of life early on.

Whilst attending university, she worked with some Aussie’s who convinced her to travel to the other side of the world with just a backpack and a one-way ticket. After arriving in Australia in 2014 she fell in love with Airlie Beach, and decided to set down roots here in 2016.

Since arriving in the area, Hannah has been actively involved in the local tourism and hospitality industry, managing holiday accommodation, bars, and travel shops in the town. Through her work, she secured sponsorship and finally became an Australian Citizen in January 2022.

Since having her son in 2021, Hannah has found an even deeper appreciation for the beauty of the Whitsundays and all it has to offer, and is passionate about sharing our slice of paradise with other families and adventure seekers alike.

Originally from the UK, Katy fell in love with Airlie Beach during her travels across Australia in 2019, calling it home for a number of years. She was actively engaged in the local hospitality industry, priding herself on fantastic customer service and enthusiasm for creating a dream trip for travellers.

With a taste for adventure and a kitted out van called Phoebe, she and her partner set off in 2021 to discover more of this beautiful country. Katy's journey has come full circle, recently returning to the beautiful Whitsundays reaffirming her love for this vibrant coastal paradise. You'll find Katy, her partner and their Mini Dachshund Izzy, hiking, camping and cafe hopping on the weekends.

Bringing over 6 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, she is thrilled to be back in the region and eager to contribute her expertise to the community once again.

A true local, Sam was born and raised in Airlie Beach, growing up on a family farm where weekends were spent riding horses and mustering. This upbringing gave her a real love for the outdoors and a strong work ethic, shaping her easy-going nature and practical approach to both life and work.  

Beginning her real estate journey in 2021 in a reception role with Ray White, Sam quickly became a friendly and familiar face to clients. In 2022, she transitioned to the finance team, gaining valuable experience and insight into the operational side of the business. After a short break, she returned in July 2025 to join Whitsunday Vacations, where her well-rounded experience allows her to deliver a seamless and positive experience for guests and owners alike.

When not at work, Sam enjoys making the most of the Whitsunday lifestyle - spending time at the beach, soaking up the sun with her pup Harley, and embracing the coastal community she always called home.
