The Space
Spread over two stories, this waterfront apartment is the perfect location for accessing all that Airlie Beach town has to offer.
The entrance is located on the ground floor with stair access to the apartment. The twin bedroom, bathroom and living area are all located on the first floor. The master bedroom and ensuite are located on the top floor of the apartment. This bedroom also has a balcony looking out to the ocean.
From the open plan living area, walk out to a balcony deck overlooking stunning Airlie Beach. Here, there is a BBQ and outdoor table, perfect for family dinners after a big day exploring!
Enjoy a grazing platter and glass of wine whilst taking in the breathtaking sunsets from this charming coastal apartment.
There is space to park two vehicles at the property on the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Such a beautiful place with incredible views! The location is perfect—right near local shops and restaurants, and the pool and beaches are right there too. We loved our friendly morning visitors 🦜. We only wish we could have stayed longer than we did.

The location was PERFECT! So close to everything, easy to find and so peaceful. Loved all the bits in the pantry, that was SO helpful! Laundry facilities and dishwasher was 10/10 too. Views were breathtaking!

The property was in an excellent part of Airlie Beach..so convenient to walk to all activities from one marina to the other ..the Main Street was 2 minutes walk with shops & supermarket in easy walking distance..the unit facilities were excellent for a self contained stay including a full kitchen & laundry.
The views from both the living area & main bedroom across Airlie Beach were beautiful..the drive way has a short elevation but nothing compared to other accommodation options ..the balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy the morning sun & afternoon shade as the sun set.

L’emplacement idéal entre la marina et le centre-ville : tout se fait à pied.
Le bon équipement de la cuisine
Nous avons regretté de n’y passer que deux nuits.
Très peu de bruit car la route est en contrebas et peu passante.

The apartment is very well located, in walking distance of all main spots of Airlie Beach. It is confortable, very clean and so luminous, facing the bay! The renting agency is top class, responding in few minutes only to our inquiries. We can only recommend this beautiful apartment !
