The Space
This apartment has two bedrooms: one master bedroom (King bed) with ensuite and a second bedroom (Queen bed) also with it's own ensuite. The open flow of the apartment is perfect for indoor/outdoor living and allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets and Yacht spotting from the private balcony.
There is private underground parking with an allocated car park space (one car).
There is full access to the exclusive resort facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts
Other Things To Note
Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules. Restricted access only available with key.
Therefore, no parties, no excessive noise at any time as residents also live there full time.
We have a strict no party, no school Leavers, Hens, Bucks or similar policy. Anyone found to be breaking our Terms and Conditions will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.
Strictly no smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas around the complex.
Concierge services and Baby items available for hire (fees may apply).
One King can be made up as 2 singles – please send through your sleeping preferences with enough notice

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It was absolutely beautiful and stunning, looked just like the pictures. The views were also really amazing. It was in a walkable distance to quite a few things, I would definitely recommend and will be coming back 😊

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of Airlie Beach port. It made exploring the nearby attractions and the lagoon super convenient.The view from the apartment is amazing. Waking up to the sight of the marina and enjoying the balcony was a highlight of my trip.The host were always helpful and they ensure I had a memorable stay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exactly as promoted in the photos.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient place to stay at Airlie Beach.
Beautiful apartment, beautiful view - will stay again!
The property was spacious, clean and functional, plus it has a beautiful view over the marina. Well appointed facilities, including washer/dryer which was very handy after a week on holidays.
We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning, lapping up the gorgeous warm sun and the beautiful view.
The property is also in a great location - coffee, restaurants and cafes downstairs underneath the building, and only a 5 minute walk into the main strip of Airlie for everything else. We ducked downstairs each morning for a coffee, and got takeaway pizza one night which was super handy!
This unit was fantastic and so easy to check in We have stayed at the boathouse before but not through Whitsunday Vacations.Everything was perfect from the moment we walked through the door.Clean - Tidy - great WiFi in the unit.Every little detail was taken care of Many thanks again and we will return

Stayed at one of their properties in the Boathouse Apartments complex in Airlie Beach which was excellent. Similar to another reviewer, the original apartment we had booked was sold, but Whitsunday Vacations quickly found us another unit with the same view/layout as our previous one. Communication was great throughout our entire stay.
