This charming five bedroom, three bathroom home has all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay. Airlie Beach is a 15-minute drive away, where you will find the region's best restaurants, bars, cafes and Saturday markets!
Shutehaven is known as a very peaceful location and is the ultimate Whitsunday retreat!
This holiday home boasts open plan living, a fantastic sun deck with BBQ area, air conditioning throughout, two living areas and five large bedrooms comprising of three king room, one queen room and one twin room.
The show stopping pool will keep everyone entertained for hours after a day of exploring the Whitsunday Islands.
The property also features a laundry room and carport for two cars – no off street parking available for additional cars.
Other Things To Note
We have a very STRICT no party, no schoolies, or hens or bucks policy. Failure to adhear to our rental agreement and neighbourhood rules will result in guests being asked to vacate immedietly with no refund.

Perfect in Paradise.
Beautiful setting, quiet and secluded. Gorgeous views. Convenient for Airlie and ferries.

3 Day Shutehaven Villa Stay
The property was amazing. The views were beautiful. The pool and the outdoor spaces were fantastic. For our group of 6 adults, we had loads of space. We felt being away from the busy Airlie Beach area was a bonus, as the Shute Harbour area is more residential and much quieter.
We had the best family holiday we have ever had the staff were so helpful and our stay was amazing
Attention to detail we even had a Xmas tree up for our gifts to be placed under . The hamper was a lovely touch house was spotless absolutely stunning
With our little family spread out across different states we made the decision to have a Christmas family holiday in the Whitsundays we chose the Shute Haven Villa property it was stunning the view, the house, the pool with a view and how clean the property was on our arrival but it was the little attention to detail the house had a Christmas tree for us to put our Christmas presents under a beautiful welcome gift box on arrival was just a gorgeous touch . I’d definitely recommend this property and I’d stay here again . Thank you so much Whitsundays Vacations for helping make our holiday the best holiday ever 💕
Unforgettable family holiday
Everything was great with the property, plenty of room , comfortable, kitchen had plenty of accessories , View from balcony was amazing . only problem was trying to catch a taxi into or home from Airlie of a night for the kids if they wanted to go clubbing.
