The Space
This apartment has two bedrooms: one master bedroom with ensuite (King bed) and a second bedroom also with it's own ensuite (Queen bed). The open plan design of the apartment is perfect for indoor/outdoor living and includes a private balcony and breathtaking views.
There is private underground parking with an allocated car park space (one car).
There is full access to the exclusive resort facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts

Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules. Restricted access only available with key.
We have a strict no party, no school Leavers, Hens, Bucks or similar policy. Anyone found to be breaking our Terms and Conditions will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.
No smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas around the complex.

Aufgrund einer kurzfristigen Planänderung in unserer Reise haben wir dieses Appartment kurzfristig für 4 Nächte gebucht. Wie hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt in Airlie Beach und unsere Wohnung hat massgeblich dazu beigetragen.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man auf einer Reise brauchen kann, eine toll eingerichtete Küche, eine Waschmaschiene und einen Trockner. Man hat Zutritt zu einem tollen Pool und kann das Auto ganz unkompliziert auf dem eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage parken! Perfekt!
Das Stätdchen von Aurlie Beach mit den ganzen Shops und Restaurants kann man problemlos zu Fuss erreichen und geniesst gleichzeitig etwas Ruhe abseits der Pubs.
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Pool area was great, location & views superb. Easily walkable into Airlie Beqch itself.
We loved our 5 night Xmas holiday at Boathouse. Walkable to Airlie Beach shops & restaurants. Apartment has lots of extras that make it a ‘home away from home’ (board games, lots of kitchen ware, 3 fridges!), stunning waterfront views, very comfortable beds, great pool area. Will definitely book again & highly recommend.
My stay at the Boathouse in Airlie Beach was fantastic! The location by the water was peaceful, and the rooms were comfy and stylish. The self check in was easy and quick responses by the team to my request (as I founded the 2nd key wasn’t working). I loved being close to Airlie Beach's attractions, and the views were stunning. Overall, a perfect getaway! Highly recommend.

Great two bed apartment with views of the Marina. Exactly as pictured. The rooms are great sizes and very comfortable.
Apartment included all the extra things you need like oil, foil, zip lock bags which were helpful when using the appliances.
Airflow with the open windows was so lovely on a hot day. We didn’t have to turn on the air conditioner once.
Amazing, would differently stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful and obviously just been under a renovation. (We have stayed in the boathouse before in similar accommodation)The decor was lovely and the bed linen in the bedrooms was so crisp and fresh. Great living area views over the marina.

We had an excellent stay. Gorgeous views, perfect location. Check in and communication was smooth, place was clean and comfortable.
A very well set-up apartment in alovely complex. Far enough out of the bustle of the Airlie hub, but still close enough to walk everywhere. We loved the convenience of the restaurants and the apartment had a wonderful view and pool area. I would definitely stay again!
