This stunning home has everything you need to make your family holiday perfect, with a private pool, outdoor entertaining area and BBQ, you will spend your days on the balcony watching the world go by.

The Space
This stunning home, consists of 4 modern, spacious bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and 3 conveniently designed bathrooms, ensuring comfort, space and privacy for your whole group.
Downstairs you will find the large, airy, open planned living, dining and fully functional kitchen area, a fantastic spot for entertaining and making memories with your friends and family.
Through the patio doors and the large balcony overlooks the water, and the world class Port of Airlie Marina. It is our favourite place to relax and watch the world go by. The sparkling plunge pool, situated just off the patio is perfect to take a dip and cool off on those warm Whitsunday afternoons.
If you wish to head out, the numerous bars, cafes and restaurants of Airlie Beach main street, are all a flat, short 4 minute walk away.

Such a beautiful place in a quiet marina! The house is well equipped and set up beautifully. Each room has an A/C and fan for ultimate comfort. The host is very gracious and responsive. The marina is in a great location and walkable to stores and restaurants.

This was our first experience with Whitsunday Vacations - and we were completely blown away by the level of service, care and the professionalism of the reservations team. The house itself was stunning! Well presented, perfectly clean, and well stocked with all the provisions a large family need to enjoy a peaceful stay. With four bedrooms and separate bathrooms, it was like living in pure luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed our few nights overlooking that azure blue water. We will definitely be coming back and using Whitsunday Vacations to book.

The property was fantastic and looked just like the pictures. Location was great, right on the marina and an easy walk into town. We were eight ladies and there was plenty of room to accommodate us. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and pots and pans. Communication with Ali, Hannah and Katy was precise and prompt with any answers to our questions. The only slight negative was the lounge was very deep and low and not totally comfortable for some of our "mature" bodies. I would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend Whitsunday Vacations
Wow 🤩 what a beautiful house it sits right on the marina in a beautiful location. A nice stroll into town and plenty of shops and restaurants around The house was amazing clean bright and modern. Open plan so we could cook and eat together. Lovely outdoor furniture to enjoy the morning coffee and glass of wine in the evening. The plunge pool was a huge bonus and made our stay extra special. Bedrooms are spacious and airy I can’t recommend this house enough outstanding and the rental company sorted every thing for us Excellent service and accommodation .

This was a beautiful house that accommodated our extended family . It was so spacious , the pool was wonderful and the views of the water were amazing , we saw sea turtles and sting rays .The property had everything we needed and was a perfect location with everything we needed within walking distance . We would definitely stay here again .

Highly recommend this modern, brand new property. It’s so convenient being walking distance to the center of Airlie Beach. It was lovely to have a pool to cool off and the view of the water was amazing. Perfect place to stay!
