Phenomenal view! The property was incredible. the best Airbnb with a view I've ever been to.
The place was huge and so much room to move around. I would 100% go back.

We had an amazing time at the airbnb. The house is splendid and so private. My family had an amazing time, we will definitely come back!! Host was very responsive as well.

The house was absoultely beautiful.
The location is incredible along with the view.
There was a lot mentioned on noise however we didn't have any dramas. as long as you keep it inside and at a reasonable volume the house itself does a great job at isolating it.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. So much room and the view and pool were aaamazing! We were a little concerned about the strong emphasis placed on not disturbing the neighbours with noise…however we still managed to have a great time and get through the weekend without any noise complaints (even after a few evening beverages and 11pm karaoke sessions lol).
So if like me, you were anxious about this - don’t be! Such a fantastic property and I would love to stay again!

My husband, myself & four other couples spent 3 nights in this wonderful house. The views were absolutely amazing and could be seen from practically every room in the house. The house was very spacious, 'there was plenty of room for everyone, we never felt overcrowded. The place was well set up especially the kitchen with the added extra of a butler's pantry made it very easy to cater our large group. The infinity pool made it all that much more special.
Check in was very easy and Natalie was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with.
All of us would definitely love to come back here again.
Definitely recommend this place to everyone, my only advice would be if you have problems with stairs this house may not be for you.

We had an excellent stay at the property as a group of 7 and it is in a great location with easy access to the main Airlie Beach town. The property is very large and would highly recommend for larger groups.

This house was everything we expected and more. Not only was communication timely and helpful but our hosts were always trying to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was special. The views were unbelievable and the layout of the house was perfect, the cleanliness was unbeatable. We arrived to a beautiful seafood platter and some beers which was very easy to organise and beautifully executed . Thank you so much for everything Ali and crew. It was incredible.

Communication was easy and fast. Ali was amazing dealing with our requests and getting back to us ASAP. She made sure every aspect of our trip was thought about and executed quickly and efficiently. The property is stunning and my partner and his friends arrived to cold beers and a seafood platter looking out across the ocean in Airlie Beach. Can’t recommend enough and am so happy I found this place.

We loved our 4 night stay at this beautiful property. Wonderful water views and just a short car trip to the main shops and restaurants of Airlie beach. Recommend this house for a big family or group given the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms and layout of the house, allows everyone to come together in the communal areas but also have privacy in their own bedrooms.

Such a beautiful property, no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic stay. Nat and the team where excellent to deal with, checking in was a breeze. I’m glad we had a car as the hill is quite steep so walking wasn’t an option for us oldies but that meant our view was spectacular. Airlie was very busy with cruise ships coming in so dining out was best done for dinner after the cruisers where gone. The house had all the appliances one could possibly need and easy to use. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

What memories our family have. The place was fantastic for all the adults providing common areas and privacy as required in multiple areas. The pool area was a busy place while we had fun contemplated that gorgeous view.
It was a great home to rest relax and have fun.

WOW what a view! Such a lovely property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house is as beautiful as advertised - but the VIEW is even better than the pics show! I stayed here on a 5-night stay with a small group - and we all loved it. The house is fully stocked with everything from wine glasses to pool towels. The beds were all comfortable - and the views from each bedroom were amazing enough to make you want to stay in bed all day…but we didn't! The house is a 10 minute walk to the main street with all the shopping/restaurants - or a 3 minute cab ride. If you choose to stay in for the night, hanging out at the pool while grilling is a great alternative to enjoy the space another way! Communication with the host was fast and accurate - highly recommend this home!

A fantastic property with incredible views from every room. Great location - easy walk to the Main Street. No problems getting a taxi if you need help up the hill at the end of the day.

Great house. Stiff walk up the hill but a nice view. Fantastic having 4 showers, rules are fairly strict around noise but that was fine - the comms with the host was really seamless and positive.

We were a three generation holiday family and it worked really well with lots of interacting space but enough room for quiet escapes when required.

Eight of us had a great trip to Airlie Beach, and enjoyed the lovely 15 Kara - the ever-changing view was especially amazing. With plenty of space that 8 of us could do our own thing at times, or come together for dinner / chats, coupled with near perfect amenities we had a very enjoyable time.

Following a storm we had a bit of an issue with a faulty fire alarm late at night. Unfortunately Nat (property manager) was unreachable also because of the storm, but Ali provided an alternative house for us to sleep in for the night - and arranged for the issue to be fixed the next day.

After this we had some excellent communication with Chris, who also resolved a couple of (very) minor issues we identified.

Overall we very much enjoyed staying at 15 Kara, and absolutely would not hesitate to visit again.

A gorgeous, spacious house with amazing views from every room! We had a lovely family holiday over the Christmas period - between the entertaining/pool area and overall size of the house there was more than enough room for the 7 of us to have our own space and come together to relax. Great communication & easy, hassle free stay.

This property was gorgeous. The views were amazing to wake up to everyday and Nat the property manager had it spotless for us on arrival.

Nat, was super helpful through out our entire stay and let us store our luggage at the property both before and after check in/out.

It's important to be mindful of the noise complaints at this property as it is located on a hill and noise after 9 is not really tolerated. However, as long as you're inside and not in the pool or on the balcony it is fine.

A million $ views from every room, every angle! Perfect views from the pool - photoshoot from every angle! Clean, high tech, well equipped with tea, coffee, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and basic stuff for cooking! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this amazing place. Our stay at this home was so enjoyable and we were all so impressed with the layout and space on offer with the most breath taking views! Great communication with hosts who made sure we were comfortable and had everything throughout our stay.
We would 100% stay again with a group of family and friends!

Holiday was great however be sure you can handle stairs to access the three levels of house. The house is accessed along a driveway which is not currently signed. The number is on the mailbox immediately outside the house but not visible from the road. Some of the basics were provided but not all so check at the time of making enquiries.
