Stunning home up on the hill, incredible views. So private, gated community, no overlook from neighbours.
Spotlessly clean.
Pool on the balcony was a godsend soooo relaxing.
So many details that showed incredible thought to make the stay perfect
Kitchen well stocked with all sorts of equipment, spices, oils….so easy to cook, minor wear and tear, scratches on countertop.
Massive BBQ outside on veranda was brilliant.
Master bedroom with incredible ensuite and outside shower (as well as inside shower) and second bedroom overlooking pool - although cannot open sliding door to balcony due to QLD pool safety regulations.
Downstairs two bedrooms, one with ensuite and a window into the bedroom, note the forth bedroom is fine but has no windows / view
Laundry is spacious and easy to use with washer/dryer and plenty of undercover clothes line space
Supermarkets and so many restaurants / beach/ shops 5 mins drive away
Recommend car, the hill is so steep almost unwalkable - worth it for view
