Amazing house for a relaxing holiday. Short walk into town, would 100% recommend. We had two babies with us and they organised porta cots and we felt right at home.

This home is lovely and bright and situated in a quiet gated cul de sac. Very safe for small children.
Home is full of amenities and offers a kitchen full of everything you need to cook a lovely meal. Situated a short 10-15 min walk from the main strip and a stone throw away from a huge playground which was really convenient for an active child. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing stay at this beautiful place. The home was so well thought out throughout the home. Amazing joinery and just such a comfortable space. Unreal stay with unmatched views. Beds were really comfy, pool was heated and had everything we needed! Couldn’t recommend a better stay, easily one of the best stays ever.

This was the most fantastic holiday I’ve ever had. This place made you feel like a king. Everything about it was beautifully amazing. 100% going back next year.

This place is awesome. Everything was in great shape, great walk ability but also super quiet and private. Also there are two identical master bedrooms upstairs with great views and great bathroom in-suite. That was really nice since we were traveling as a group of two couples — no one had to draw the short straw.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We had a little trouble locating the gate but once we found it we were set! Loved the house and the space! Easy walk to the ferry terminal and to town.

This place is beautiful and the views were amazing. We had such a relaxing time. It was very spacious and private but still within walkable distance to the main restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Wonderful house, great location, super clean with everything you could need. If you need early check in or late check out I would suggest reaching out early , as we missed out on both but requested both same day so guessing too late to be flexible. Peaceful even with early morning and late afternoon passings of ferry’s from Port. Overall wonderful family holiday. & great spacious home.

We had an amazing stay at Airlie Beach. The location is fantastic, a walk to the port was minutes and a very short walk to the main street. The accomodation was clean. The photos don't do it justice. I would highly reccomend a stay in this beautiful home.

This property is fabulous on many levels. The house is in an amazing waterfront location, we sat on the deck and watched the boats go by. We were also able to walk everywhere easily whether it be to the supermarket or restaurants.
We all loved the pool to cool off in, our 9 yo especially. This property is super clean and tidy and contains everything you need. Communication with the host was also very good. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful house in great location, away from the hustle of town but easy stroll to get to restaurants when needed. Loved sitting on the verandah by the water, watching the fish and rays jump, birds flying and odd boat go in and out of port.

Absolutely stunning house and views. Had everything we needed and loved the heated pool! Only thing to mention is that the main ferry route goes past regularly very close to the property, didn’t leave a lot of privacy but had lots of fun waving to the passengers. Very quick walk into the Main Street but just note the marina where the tours leave is on the other side of town!

Amazing property, very clean, beautiful views

Wow!!! Is all that needs to be said! This is a wonderful place to stay right on the sea front with the most incredible view. It is super clean and smelled divine when we arrived! So easy to check in and communicate with the team! There were lovely essentials left for us including locally made toiletries (which were so lovely!) coffee, tea and milk too! One of the best places we’ve stayed with Airbnb! Highly recommend and we hope to visit again soon!

A magnificent location away from the noise of the main street however close enough to all the amenities and nightlife. We loved our time here and found the entire experience to be a positive one. The house is in walking distance to all the shops, is literally a couple of minutes walk to the Port of Airlie which is fabulous for early morning departures. The view at high tide is incredible. Of an evening we enjoyed watching the moon reflecting on the water from our bedroom….. a simply stunning home.

This house was beautiful, great location short walk to cafes, restaurants and the port. I enjoy having my morning coffee on the deck and watching the boats leave the port. A wonderful place to relax and recharge!

Brilliant house - close to everything and fun watching the cruises go past

Beautiful and spacious house with stunting views in a fantastic spot on airlie beach. Location provided convenient access to tours and trip to reef and easy walk to many good restaurants and Cafés. Communication with hosts was very efficient and they were very accomodating with our requests. Can't wait to come back!

We spent our whole stay watching boats go past, spotting turtles and soaking up the sun with a cold beverage.

Great location if you like to see water and boats. The water views make you feel like you are on a cruise ship.

I wanted to give this Airbnb 5 stars but unfortunately it lost some points:

There were both dead and live cockroaches that we found throughout our stay. I’ve never had to encounter this in an Airbnb before.

We found that the Airbnb could have supplied more cleaning items (multi surface spray or packet of cleaning wipes at least) and food staples - there was no salt and pepper, just some canola spray and a small carton of milk. I felt like I could have cleaned more if there were more cleaning products provided. Just expected a bit more for the amount you pay. Make sure to do a grocery run before you arrive. There was a good selection of tea and coffee.

We had a random unannounced maintenance man that came to the house. He took some measurements outside on the deck and did not stay long, but this felt unsafe as we weren’t given any warning, the Airbnb hosts did not inform us that he was coming.

Despite the cockroaches issue, the lack of items and the unexpected visitor, the house itself was really lovely. We were allowed early check in. Check in was a breeze. Communication was 4/5. Beautifully decorated. Great beds and bathrooms. Great location, great pool and amazing view to wake up to.

Fantastic location near the Port of Airlie Marina, which is so convenient for trips to the reef and surrounding Islands. The house has amazing views from most rooms and the pool was a wonderful way to cool down and watch the boats sail past.

Booked for two weeks and thorougly enjoyed our stay, great house right on the water with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Would definitely come back.

It is rare that accomodation looks as good as the promotional photos…but this house is even better. Chris and Ali were great to deal with, great communication and response time. They handled all of our questions and were flexible with us when we had to change our dates. Will definitely be back to this beautiful place!

WOW WOW WOW, this house is absolutely amazing! The location is stunning and close enough to walk anywhere you need to - especially the Port of Airlie if you’re heading out to the reef or the islands. Relaxing on the back deck and watching turtles, stingrays and fish pop up was awesome. The house is beautifully styled and offers everything you could possibly need. The customer service from the host was also great and having a late checkout was a bonus. Highly recommend 👍🏼

We had such an enjoyable and relaxing time. So central to Airlie too.
Loved watching the marine life and watercraft from the deck.
The pool was a little chilly but we were determined to have a dip which was invigorating!
Great kitchen, well stocked with quality appliances and kitchenware.
Only disappointment was having to leave.

Lovely modern home in a private and secure residential area right next to the Port of Airlie. Aspect of the house looks over the rear estuary and mangroves to the east. For this reason there is not an enormous amount of sunshine in the deck and pool areas other than in the mornings. However there is a beautiful beach only 500m away that is the best we found in the area. Also a very good coffee shop and breakfast cafe just 100 m or so from the gate to the compound.

The house is fantastic - there are no other words. The amenities provided are great quality and made for a perfectly relaxing week away.
The location is stunning and close enough to walk anywhere you need to.
The customer service from the host was also great. They helped us to arrange the mooring of our JetSki and any other questions we had.

Beautiful property with spectacular views in an amazing location. Designed and finished to a very high standard throughout the entire house, particularly the kitchen. Our whole family loved it and are already asking me when we can go back. Great value for what you get - magic!

Absolutely beautiful stylish 3 bedroom home to stay in with wonderful decks onto the waterfront - felt like we were sitting on a cruise ship. 2 front large bedrooms with stunning views and ensuite bathrooms and another medium size bedroom at the back; Kitchen decked with all mod cons, including induction stove top, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer; comfortable lounge with large TV screen including Netflix and great dining room table; pool good for a cool dip, but not large enough to swim in; lovely deck chairs and BBQ available - all in all a great relaxing place to stay; great clear communication from the hosts too- thank you!

Great unit! Love watching the sunrise from my bedroom and watching the boats go by from the patio/swimming pool. Plenty of space. Great breeze from the ocean throughout the house. Absolutely divine!!!

This home is immaculate. It’s peaceful, brand new appliances which are all Miele and there is nothing they haven’t thought of. We really enjoyed our stay.

You can see a lot of thought has gone into the home to make it perfect for everyone’s stay. Annie was a fantastic host and very helpful. I can’t image there is a better place to stay.
