Boathouse 103 suited our needs perfectly. Stunning location overlooking the marina and within short, level walking distance to pretty much everything Airlie Beach has to offer, and only metres away from the ferry terminal which takes you to the islands and outer reef.
Being above a bar and restaurant, my initial concerns were unfounded as any noise was only at weekend evenings, and even then by 9:30pm it was pretty much quiet again ….and having such amazing pizzas so close was a bonus.
The apartment is fitted with quality fittings, including huge fridge and dishwasher, and the air con controlled the temperature very well.
Host Ali went above and beyond to help us after a late flight change forced an inconvenient arrival time.
As a frequent visitor to Airlie Beach, Boathouse 103 would have to be the apartment that has best suited our needs, and will certainly be considering it again.
