Great location! Close to everything!

This house is as beautiful as advertised - but the VIEW is even better than the pics show! I stayed here on a 5-night stay with a small group - and we all loved it. The house is fully stocked with everything from wine glasses to pool towels. The beds were all comfortable - and the views from each bedroom were amazing enough to make you want to stay in bed all day…but we didn't! The house is a 10 minute walk to the main street with all the shopping/restaurants - or a 3 minute cab ride. If you choose to stay in for the night, hanging out at the pool while grilling is a great alternative to enjoy the space another way! Communication with the host was fast and accurate - highly recommend this home!

All power to THE POWERHOUSE! We loved our stay in Airlie Beach at the Powerhouse. Magnificent views. Massive space for a large group. We were missing four of our group due to Covid. So we felt a little lost in this large house without them. The comfortable bedrooms all had beautiful views and enjoyed sensational sunrises. The kitchen and lounge areas were super comfortable. We had everything we need and more. Our hosts responded to all our needs and gave us some great recommendations. Dinner at Fish D’Vine was a highlight.
Special mention to the gorgeous neighbours who also gave us some lovely tips and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this place, especially for families.

We had a lovely stay at boathouse 310! It was the perfect location and we enjoyed the sun on the balcony. Communication was excellent from the hosts, even dropping over extra blankets within an hour of requesting. Would highly recommend

This two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family holiday. It is an easy walk to town, with a coffee shop and Italian restaurant downstairs. The kids loved the pool and outdoor heated spa, plus there was a huge playground nearby. This is a well appointed, clean, comfortable place to stay. Recommended.

We had 5 nights and enjoyed the beautifully comfortable beds, incredible view and privacy. The pool is lovely and the hosts were very obliging. We will be back!

This is a fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. Easy to get to from the ferry and the view is amazing. Kids loved the tennis court and pool as well. Would stay again.
