This is an absolutely fantastic property.
It has a beautiful view of the sea and the property sees the sunrise every morning.
There is a pretty big pool overlooking the sea and it gets sunlight for most of the day; the smaller upper floor blocks out less sunlight in the afternoon.
It's in a very quiet area. You're probably only going to hear the palm trees rustle and the occasional marine traffic to and from Hamilton Island.
One big advantage for us is that it has Starlink internet; that was great because we were working and connecting to computers in the UK. The connection was very fast and helped us work efficiently.
The house itself had everything you could need: barbecue, air conditioning, nice bathrooms, huge TV, ample space, garage……
