Wonderful house, beautiful views. Away from Airlie beach so very relaxing but near enough that a short drive less than 10 mins.

We had a lovely stay at boathouse 310! It was the perfect location and we enjoyed the sun on the balcony. Communication was excellent from the hosts, even dropping over extra blankets within an hour of requesting. Would highly recommend

This two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family holiday. It is an easy walk to town, with a coffee shop and Italian restaurant downstairs. The kids loved the pool and outdoor heated spa, plus there was a huge playground nearby. This is a well appointed, clean, comfortable place to stay. Recommended.

We had 5 nights and enjoyed the beautifully comfortable beds, incredible view and privacy. The pool is lovely and the hosts were very obliging. We will be back!

This is a fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. Easy to get to from the ferry and the view is amazing. Kids loved the tennis court and pool as well. Would stay again.
