Now offered as a one or two bedroom apartment, this unit in “Boathouse Apartments” offers absolute waterfront living located right in the heart of Airlie Beach.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed whilst the second bedroom has a queen bed.

The apartment has elevator access with underground basement parking (1 car), a number of restaurants, cafes and shops in the complex and is only a short walk to the ferry terminal and the bustling main street of Airlie Beach.

The apartment offers all the modern conveniences including air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full-sized kitchen with all the modern appliances, three balconies and is located right opposite the pool and spa (don’t worry it’s not noisy).

Discounts applied for longer term stays and for one-bedroom stays (second bedroom is locked off). Cleaning fee is not included in advertised price.

    We stayed at 103 Boathouse apartments for a week.

    The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very clean, with all the comforts of home.

    The view looking out onto the marina is just beautiful and so relaxing, I could sit out there for hours.

    Chris our host was very accommodating and helpful with answering all our questions and replying to our emails within minutes.
    With all the uncertainty at the moment with COVID and interstate borders closing, Chris was very flexible with our booking Incase our circumstances changed due to border closures.

    We highly recommend staying at 103 Boathouse apartments, great location, restaurants and cafes just below the apartments and only 2 -3 minute walk into town.

    Airlie beach is a must see destination and we can’t wait to return.

  18. ‘FANTASTIC LOCATION! The views were INCREDIBLE. I have stayed in Airlie Beach a few times over the years but my first stay with Whitsunday Vacations. This was a top location with amazing views of Airlie Beach newly established Marina. The apartment was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend for a couple trip or family trip. Walking distance to main st Airlie beach and close to Port of Airlie / Cruise Whitsundays. Loved our stay! Will definitely be booking again in the future!’

  19. Don’t stay anywhere else but here!! Excellent location where you can easily walk to the Main Street and all the fun and food it has to offer, the lagoon, the beach, the supermarket etc. but also has everything you need at your doorstep including incredible views, two cafes downstairs, La Marina restaurant downstairs and the marina where certain tours leave from. The actual apartment is fantastic! Clean, modern, beachy and functional- the balcony is the best room in the house with the most incredible views. Great, easy, friendly communication with the hosts. Highly recommended!
