The Space
This apartment has two bedrooms: one master bedroom (King bed) with ensuite and a second bedroom (Queen bed) also with it's own ensuite. The open flow of the apartment is perfect for indoor/outdoor living and allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets and Yacht spotting from the private balcony.
There is private underground parking with an allocated car park space (one car).
There is full access to the exclusive resort facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts.

Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules. Restricted access only available with key.
We have a strict no party, no school Leavers, Hens, Bucks or similar policy. Anyone found to be breaking our Terms and Conditions will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.
No smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas around the complex.

Great location, quiet but close to everything
We loved our stay at the Boathouse! It is beautifully set out and very clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped, which you don’t often find, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back! Thank you so much :)
We stayed at apartment 103 Marina views. It is a great place to stay. Slightly out of town, but easily walkable to the centre and the ferry marina where all the boat trips go from. The place was clean, roomy and well equipped.
The comms were great with the agents and the check instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only comments are that the small bedroom had a bit of road noise. As did the swimming area. But otherwise, it was great. Thank you

Amazing marina views from the balcony. Pool area is excellent with sun loungers, tables, and a great pool with low area for kids and goes from shallow to deep with a good area for younger kids to swim.
Great location at port of airflow close to island transfer marina and easy walk into town.
The best accommodation I have ever had! The view from the balcony is always gorgeous! It’s really close to the Main Street so it’s really convenient to find good restaurants. The room is really clean and has everything we need!

Lovely well appointed and spacious apartment with fabulous views of the marina.
Bed was very comfy. Good kitchen. Washing machine in main bathroom.

Location was fabulous. Views over the marina, restaurants and cafes on ground floor and less than 5 min walk to main shopping street.
The convenience of the location was fantastic. We could easily walk to Fat Frog Beach Cafe or Mrs. Bean for a coffee, and Airlie Beach was just a short drive away for further adventures.
Excellent positioned and well maintained unit. Well worth a stay, especially for the views.
