The luxurious 3 bedroom 5 star waterfront apartment is your perfect haven to explore the Great Barrier Reef and the Whitsundays Islands, your gateway to this most beautiful part of the world. Its location is overlooking the Abell Point Marina, the wide expanse of the Coral sea and sweeping views of the coastline and islands makes this apartment the perfect retreat. You could spot turtles, schools of fish and dolphins, and watch the marina activities while sipping a drink and relaxing.

The 215m2 breezy apartment on the 1st floor of a gated complex sits at the tip of a peninsula mid way between Airlie Beach and Cannonvale, both easily accessible by foot via the waterfront boardwalk linking the two townships, or by car,1.4km to Airlie and 2km to Cannonvale with their many restaurants, cafes, and shopping centres.
The stylish and extremely well appointed apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is decorated with original art works by a local artist. The spacious living area, fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area all open onto a wide balcony over-looking the water – so close you could almost dive in! The main bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed opening onto another balcony with sea glimpses and block out curtains for a good night’s sleep. The walk through robe leads to the bathroom with a spa bath, a separate shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a balcony. There are 2 long single beds in the 3rd bedroom. The main bathroom has a shower over the spa bath.
This apartment is a great choice for everyone who enjoys a stylish home for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation and wants to stay just a bit apart from the noise of the town centre. The stunning views have to be experienced to be believed.

If you are affected by COVID 19 border closure(s) or cannot travel due to consequent quarantine requirements, we will honour a refund of your funds paid – up to 48 hours (2pm 2 days before check in) before travel, no matter how you make the booking:

Conditions are:

– You or a member of your household contracts COVID 19 in the 4 weeks leading up to the check in date

– The suburb where you live goes into lock down, preventing you from travelling to the Whitsundays (you might be required to provide proof of residential address)

– A state border closes preventing you from travelling to the Whitsundays

NOTE: 15% handling fee of any funds paid is applicable (change of dates will occur a 10% handling fee)

    Beautiful, modern apartment.

  2. A beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom apartment (as there was only two of us 2 bedrooms & second bathroom were locked) with large balcony overlooking marina. Very comfortable king size bed, excellent wifi, plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery etc; separate, spacious laundry facilities with washer & dryer; plenty of lounging room in main dining/living area; basement parking for 2 cars with easy access. Communal bbq. Great walking pathways & boardwalk nearby to which one can walk to cafes, restaurants etc. Very quiet location – no traffic noise.

  3. Luxurious apartment, contemporary style and very comfortable. Amazing view of the sea, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, clean and bright. Annie was there on our arrival and at the time of departure, easily accessible throughout the stay. Nice 20 minute walk to the waterfront to get to Airlie Beach.

  4. We loved staying here and had a wonderful time. It is actually better than it looks on the photos, which is so rare. Fabulous peaceful views over the marina, spacious, super clean and Annie was so helpful, meeting us with the keys and picking us up on the way home. Would absolutely love to return if we get the chance.
